Supports project planning & scheduling assessment of productivity rate monitoring actual project accomplishment prepares master schedule with Project Manager final approval Client PMT group assists Project Manager project execution plan prepare work methodology phasing sequence work based approved construction schedule monitors updates schedule accurately submitted verified accomplishment report Site Operations Department checking approval subcon billing weekly Updating S-curve determine Planned vs Actual Accomplishment project plans weekly look ahead schedule Site Operations Department provide Subcontractors on site attends presides weekly coordination meetings formalizes discussions requests information issuance letters external internal concerns responsible closeout all EOT claims project PMT Client SUBMISSIONS DAILY WEEKLY MONTHLY REPORTS Weekly Look Ahead Schedule Project Master Schedule S-Curve Manpower Equipment Loading Weekly Productivity Monitoring Weekly EOT Monitoring QUALIFICATIONS Education Engineering graduate preferably CE Licensed Not Licensed Engineer At least 3 years experience position Technical Competencies Know operate Autocad software Plan swift Excel Power point Document Know operate P6 MS Project Scheduling software alike Behavioral Competencies Good Leadership skills Good Communicator Willing extend helping hand staff Thorough Schedule monitoring Timeliness Hard working intelligently Integrity towards work anyone watching Shows empathy neglect responsibilities company Salary Range Php 24000 – 26000 allowance
