    JOB DESCRIPTION:
    Continuously track and analyze campaign performance to optimize ads in a data-driven way.

    Leverage the trends and features of TikTok shopee Lazada to engage and engage your target audience in an innovative and effective way, research and report on the latest social media trends, especially new features and changes of TikTok shop, Lazada, to guide the development and update of advertising strategies.

    Understand brand goals and needs, and develop engaging and effective advertising strategies based on the target market and target group.

    Continuously track and analyze campaign performance, optimize ads in a data-driven way, leverage TikTok's trends and features, engage and engage target audiences in innovative and effective ways
    Work closely with other departments within the team to ensure consistency and efficiency of advertising content.

    Research and report on the latest social media trends, especially new features and changes in TikTok, to guide the development and updating of advertising strategies.

    Perform such other tasks and duties as the Company may assign from time to time and deem necessary

    QUALIFICATION/S:
    Bachelor's Degree at least 2 years
    More than 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operation, especially the TikTok platform.
    Experience with excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
    Excellent project management and organizational skills, able to work efficiently in an environment where multiple projects are running simultaneously.
    Strong innovative thinking and problem-solving skills, able to adapt and respond quickly to challenges in a changing environment.
