    Job Summary:

    Expected to spearhead the planning, design, development. and launch business, financial, and operations systems in support of core organizational functions and business processes.

    Responsibilities:
    Strategy & Planning
    • Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve systems issues
    • Lead design sessions in prototyping new systems for the purpose of enhancing business processes, operations, and information process flow
    • Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems
    Operational Management
    • Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives that address existing and potential trouble areas in operating systems across the organization.
    • Create system design proposals.
    • oPerform cost-benefit and return on investment analyses for proposed systems to aid management in making implementation decisions.
    • Responsible for delivery of end-to-end SAP functional support and enhancements to the business organization
    • Leads the Change Assessment to review all incoming change requests and project changes for impact and risk assessment as well as release scheduling
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Accountancy or similar courses
    • Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in SAP FICO
    • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as Delivery Lead or Project Management experience of complex enterprise projects
