    So… who the heck is Residence Supply?

    We're one of the fastest-growing design-driven lighting & hardware brands in the U.S. In just a few years, we've blown past 8 figures, launched hundreds of handcrafted SKUs, and built a cult following of design-obsessed homeowners who care more about heritage than hype. Our fixtures live in Architectural Digest–worthy homes.

    Now we're building THE ad team that will take us from "fastest-growing DTC brand" to category-defining design house.

    We're hiring an Ads Creative Strategist who understands:

    • Ecommerce direct-to-consumer psychology and mindset
    • Lovessss interior design culture and understands quiet luxury trends
    • An expert level pinterest mood boarder
    • Knows how to lead a team to create editorial creative assets that deserve to be on a Vogue magazine

    What You'll Do:

    • Architect high-converting creative angles rooted in ecommerce psychology
    • Build weekly ad briefs for Paid Social (Meta/TikTok)
    • Use spy tools daily (Meta Ads Library, Foreplay, Atria, etc.)
    • Translate trends in interior design into ad concepts
    • Curate Pinterest boards + moodboards for campaigns
    • QC designers to ensure ads feel elevated, not templated
    • Test, iterate, scale winners

    Who You Are:

    • 3+ years in DTC ecommerce creative strategy
    • Proven experience driving revenue through paid social
    • Deep understanding of hooks, objections, AOV, CVR, LTV
    • Strong aesthetic judgment (you follow designers, not just ad accounts)
    • Obsessive attention to layout, typography, lighting, and visual tone
    • Live on Pinterest
    • Follow interior designers

We're becoming a heritage-driven design house with our own suite of products. We've been growing 100% y/y and you have the opportunity to join our founding team.
