    We are seeking an experienced Admin Officer to support our international clients. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, and 2-4+ years of experience in a similar role.

    The successful candidate will possess exceptional written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools, particularly Word and Excel. Experience in commercial painting or construction-related fields is an advantage.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Create lead/job number in CRM and process won jobs in CRM.
    2. Email RFQ to estimators.
    3. Prepare proposal/quote/tender/variation for BDM to review and submit to the client.
    4. Fill out pre-qualification forms with standard information.
    5. Review reports from clients regarding outstanding quotes.
    6. Update company CRM sales database as required on time for the national sales team.
    7. Run CRM reports on sales-related items.
    8. Update ASANA of progress and all associated requirements within (training available if no experience in ASANA).
    9. Operation Support: Update site files with photos/schedules and any other pertinent deliverables as required.
    10. Communicate effectively with team members.
    11. Other ad-hoc duties as requested.
