    As an Integration Developer (API and Data Migration), you will play a key role in the NF to COMSOM migration project by designing and implementing secure communication layers between legacy and target systems. You will build robust APIs, lead JSON data mapping activities, and ensure secure, reliable data transmission to support a smooth and accurate migration process.

    What You'll Do and How You'll Succeed

    API Development

    • Design, develop, and maintain secure RESTful web services to facilitate data exchange between NF and COMSOM systems.

    Data Mapping & Transformation

    • Serve as the technical lead for JSON payload structuring.
    • Parse, validate, and map complex data fields from legacy formats into COMSOM‑compliant schema.

    Secure Integration

    • Implement and manage secure data transmission protocols using REST over HTTPS.
    • Ensure all endpoints adhere to industry‑standard authentication methods such as OAuth2 and JWT.

    Technical Documentation

    • Maintain high‑quality API documentation using Swagger or OpenAPI to ensure seamless collaboration between frontend and backend teams.

    Migration Support

    • Identify and resolve integration bottlenecks throughout the migration process.
    • Ensure legacy system behaviours and functionalities are logically and efficiently mapped to COMSOM interfaces.

    Experience

    • You have 4–7 years of professional experience in backend or integration development, preferably within financial services or banking.
    • You hold a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

    Technical Expertise

    • You have proven experience with RESTful API design and a deep understanding of the full HTTP lifecycle.
    • You possess expert‑level proficiency in JSON structuring, parsing, and schema validation (XML experience is a plus).
    • You understand API security protocols such as SSL/TLS, HTTPS, and token‑based authentication.
    • You have hands‑on experience using Swagger, OpenAPI, or Postman for documentation and endpoint testing.
    • You are familiar with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools such as Git.
    • You can translate complex business logic from legacy systems into modern API structures.

    Ways of Working

    • You collaborate effectively with Business Analysts to translate functional migration requirements into technical solutions.
    • You bring strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities to integration and data mapping challenges.
