Duties & Responsibilities:
- Count current stocks and new items.
- Check items in a meticulous manner.
- Comparing lists of items in inventory record and actual.
- Memorizing products for accurate inventory.
- Know the uses of products.
- Know how to manage Site Manager and POS systems.
- Checks physical inventory counts against computerized records.
- Reports any discrepancies in inventory records to inventory manager.
- Helps receive delivery shipments and ensures the pallets are complete with no sign of damage.
- Checks and records damaged products.
- Organizes inventory in stock room.
- Restocks products on display as necessary.
- Writes up inventory reports detailing any overstock or missing items.
- Ensures that stock room is clean and well organized.
- Assists in cleaning and organizing upon closing.
- Updating and keeping records of inventory.
- Processing orders (order placement, picking, sorting, packing and shipping).
- Coordinate with other branches regarding stocks, inventories and other concerns.
- Perform other related duties assigned by immediate supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any four (4) year course.
- With or without job experience.
- With basic pre-employment documents (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, TIN, NBI).
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php17, Php18,000.00 per month
