    Job Description

    About the Role:

    We are seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills to join our team as a BPO Professional. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, a minimum of 1 year of experience in BPO, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, or chat interactions.
    2. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
    3. Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
    • At least 1 year of BPO experience.
    • Amenable to work onsite in Uptown, Taguig.
