    Qualifications

    • High School graduate or equivalent (ALS graduates welcome).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging situations with professionalism.
    • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
