EQUIPMENT SALES ASSOCIATEReporting directly to the Equipment & Hospital Partnership Manager the Equipment SalesAssociate is responsible for preparing quotations, sales of audiological equipment, productdemonstrations, delivery and training of the end-users, and engagement in private and publicbiddings

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. QUOTATION & BIDDING1.1. Conducts telephone inquiries and sends out brochures and quotations.1.2. Secures technical and financial documents requirements for private and public bidding.1.3. Submits the company's proposal & requirements to public and private biddings.2. SALES OF AUDIOLOGICAL EQUIPMENT2.1. Establishes rapport to end users.2.2. Attends to queries regarding audiological equipment.2.3. Explains the features of audiological equipment.3. PRODUCT DEMONSTRATION3.1. Secures and coordinates schedule of product demonstration with the end-users, Purchasing Manager, Audiology Trainer.3.2. Coordinates demo unit equipment to be used for product demonstration.4. DELIVERY OF MACHINE4.1. Attends to inquiries from clients regarding the availability of machine, accessories and coordinates them with the concerned department.
