    Customer Service Representative (CSR) for Telco Account - Location

    Role Overview:
    As a Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility is to address and resolve customer concerns and complaints related to products and services. You will also assist customers with returns, upgrades, and purchases, while providing valuable guidance and technical support. This role can be based in residences, call centers, or office environments.


    Qualifications:

    • High School (old curriculum) or Senior High School (SHS) Graduate
    • Background in Technology (e.g., tech-related courses, TSR, or wireline experience)
    • B2 and above proficiency (Aspiring Minds)
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Proficient in MS Office and Internet navigation
