    The Front Desk Officer serves as the first point of contact for patients and guests. This role ensures a warm, professional, and efficient front desk experience by managing patient inquiries, appointments, and administrative tasks while upholding The Aivee Group's service excellence standards.

    Patient & Guest Experience

    • Greet patients and guests courteously and professionally upon arrival
    • Manage patient check-in and check-out procedures
    • Address patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and discretion

    Appointment & Scheduling

    • Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments accurately
    • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and clinic staff to ensure smooth patient flow
    • Handle appointment changes, cancellations, and follow-ups

    Administrative & Front Desk Operations

    • Maintain accurate patient records and update clinic systems
    • Receive and route calls, emails, and messages promptly
    • Ensure proper handling of patient forms, waivers, and consent documents

    Billing & Payment Support

    • Assist in processing payments, issuing receipts, and coordinating with the billing team
    • Inform patients of services, packages, and basic pricing when needed

    Clinic Coordination & Compliance

    • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the front desk and waiting area
    • Ensure compliance with clinic policies, data privacy, and confidentiality standards
    • Support clinic operations and other administrative tasks as assigned

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in any course (Hospitality, Business, or Healthcare-related preferred)
    • At least 1 year of experience in front desk, customer service, or clinic/hospital setting
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong customer service mindset with a polished and professional demeanor
    • Proficient in MS Office and basic clinic systems
    • Willing to render work on a six (6)-day workweek, including weekends and holidays
