- Greet patients and guests courteously and professionally upon arrival
- Manage patient check-in and check-out procedures
- Address patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and discretion
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments accurately
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and clinic staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Handle appointment changes, cancellations, and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate patient records and update clinic systems
- Receive and route calls, emails, and messages promptly
- Ensure proper handling of patient forms, waivers, and consent documents
- Assist in processing payments, issuing receipts, and coordinating with the billing team
- Inform patients of services, packages, and basic pricing when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the front desk and waiting area
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies, data privacy, and confidentiality standards
- Support clinic operations and other administrative tasks as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in any course (Hospitality, Business, or Healthcare-related preferred)
- At least 1 year of experience in front desk, customer service, or clinic/hospital setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service mindset with a polished and professional demeanor
- Proficient in MS Office and basic clinic systems
- Willing to render work on a six (6)-day workweek, including weekends and holidays
