Job summary
This position reports to the Marketing & Sales Mgr & Commercial Leader. In this role, you will formulate the people strategy and review the execution of HR processes to ensure effective workplace relations.Responsibilities include providing HR support for a country ensuring fiduciary people requirements are met driving effective communication engagement collaboration across the organization monitoring compliance with legislation policies procedures reporting legal structure auditing integrity etc reviewing relevant strategies policies procedures tools thought leadership such as culture talent acquisition succession planning workforce planning organizational design D&I L&D people performance C&B global mobility monitoring implementation success change management initiatives.
Key qualifications include highly skilled in people management within multinational organizations around 10–15 years experience across full Hire-to-Retire process strong expertise in fiduciary HR responsibilities advanced knowledge Human Capital Management systems Workday passionate about driving meaningful impact demonstrating strong emotional cultural intelligence excellent communication skills stakeholder management Bachelor's Degree Human Resources or equivalent MBA plus Excellent communications skills fluent English Filipino possess full work rights Philippines.
