    Position Summary

    We are in search of a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to bolster our dynamic Forex trading team. The ideal candidate will be entrusted with accurately inputting and managing critical trading data within our systems. This pivotal role demands unwavering accuracy, efficiency, and an acute attention to detail.

    • Monday to Friday | 24/5 schedule – actual schedule to be discussed
    • *Following Singaporean Holidays

    Responsibilities

    • Input trade-related data into our trading platforms and databases with unwavering precision and accuracy.
    • Verify and cross-reference trading information to uphold data integrity and completeness.
    • Ensure timely updating and maintenance of records pertaining to trades, transactions, and client information.
    • Collaborate seamlessly with team members to facilitate smooth data flow and resolve any discrepancies.
    • Execute routine audits and checks to guarantee data accuracy and adherence to established protocols.
    • Generate requisite reports and summaries as necessitated by the trading team or management.

    Qualifications

    • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or cognate fields (preferred).
    • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly adept with Google Workspace, including Google Sheets, and data entry software.
    • Demonstrated experience in data entry or analogous roles, preferably within the financial or trading sector.
    • Possess a keen attention to detail and accuracy in handling numerical and financial data.
    • Proficiency in utilizing trading platforms and data entry software/tools is an advantage.
    • Familiarity with Forex trading terminology and concepts (preferred but not mandatory).
    • Exemplary time management and organizational prowess to meet stringent deadlines.
    • Ability to function autonomously while exemplifying proactive teamwork.
    • Exhibit a high degree of discretion and adeptness in handling sensitive and confidential information.
    • Basic analytical and problem-solving acumen, coupled with the ability to think critically and logically.
