Perform general clerical and administrative tasks such as filing,
photocopying, scanning, and data encoding Maintain and update records,
documents, and databases accurately Prepare routine reports,
correspondence, and office documents as required Receive,
sparse sort,and distribute incoming documents
&communications Assist in coordinating office activities
&schedules Provide support in processing requests.forms,&internal documentation Ensure proper organization &safekeeping of files &records Comply with company policies procedures,&confidentiality requirements Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the supervisor
