    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal Virtual Assistant to support attorneys in various legal tasks.

    This role involves corresponding directly with clients and appraisers, requesting and saving data, updating internal databases, and preparing appraisal workups.

    The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.


    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the senior leadership team to execute the due diligence process for Support attorneys by assisting with legal research, drafting documents, and preparing for hearings or trials.
    • Correspond directly with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on case progress.
    • Request data from clients and other parties involved in legal matters and save the data once returned.
    • Update internal databases with relevant information and case developments.
    • Send preliminary opinions or appraisal workups to clients for authorization and followup as needed.
    • Correspond directly with appraisers to request preliminary opinions of value and provide necessary instructions.
    • Prepare appraisal workups based on information received from appraisers and other sources.
    • Send appraisal authorizations to appraisers and ensure timely completion of appraisal requests.

    Key Qualifications:

    • Previous experience as a paralegal or legal assistant is preferred.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
    • Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures is a plus.
    • Experience with virtual assistance or remote work is preferred but not required.
