Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable MIS applications, databases, and systems using the .NET framework.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
3. Architect and implement efficient and reusable code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
4. Lead the design and development of complex MIS solutions, ensuring high performance, reliability, and security.
5. Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers to foster their growth and development.
6. Troubleshoot and debug issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions to ensure system stability.
7. Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in MIS development, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA engineers, and project managers to deliver high-quality software solutions within project timelines.
9. Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.
10. Document technical designs, specifications, and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintain system integrity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of professional experience in .NET development, with a focus on MIS applications.
• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies, design patterns, and best practices.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and AngularJS preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven leadership abilities, with experience mentoring junior developers and leading technical initiatives.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified Professional Developer (MCPD) or Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD) is a plus.
