    Reporting to: Group Chief Financial Officer

    About the Opportunity

    We are hiring a Finance Director – Strategic Projects to join the CFO Office in Manila. This is not a traditional finance operations role — it is a high-impact strategic transformation position designed for a future senior group leader.

    You will initially operate as a strategic individual contributor, driving ERP optimization, automation, system integration, and business transformation initiatives across multiple geographies.

    This role is ideal for someone who thrives in Private Equity-backed, high-growth environments and enjoys building scalable systems rather than managing routine finance operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    ERP Transformation & Systems Optimization

    • Lead ERP optimization post-cloud migration.
    • Drive zero-touch automation for standard transactions.
    • Transition from manual spreadsheet-based processes to system-generated dashboards.
    • Lead ERP integration with global banking platforms and internal systems.
    • Ensure scalability to support significant transaction growth.
    • Improve data architecture for granular, real-time reporting.

    Strategic CFO Office Initiatives

    • Support financial due diligence for M&A and market expansion.
    • Develop commercial pricing and financial models.
    • Partner cross-functionally across Legal, Compliance, Commercial, and Operations.
    • Represent the CFO in senior stakeholder discussions when required.

    Future Leadership Path

    • Build systems and processes that will eventually support oversight of the broader finance function.
    • Act as transformation catalyst across global teams.

    Required Qualifications & Experience

    • CA / CPA / ACCA / MBA Finance with strong accounting foundation.
    • Proven experience leading ERP optimization or complex systems integration.
    • Background in high transaction volume sectors (e.g., B2C Tech, Logistics, Fintech, Telecom, high-volume services).
    • Experience working in cross-functional and/or multi-geography environments.
    • Strong FP&A and financial modeling capability.
    • Demonstrated transformation or change leadership experience.
    • Minimum 3 years stability in prior roles.
    • Willingness for frequent international travel.
    • Legally authorized to work in the Philippines.

    Ideal Profile

    • Tech-fluent (comfortable discussing APIs, databases, automation).
    • Builder mindset — hands-on, execution-driven.
    • Comfortable in Private Equity or high-growth environments.
    • Executive presence and strong stakeholder management skills.
