    Profile Requirements:

    • Minimum 2.5 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on exposure to SEO, paid media, and email marketing.
    • Core must-haves: hands-on experience with Google Ads, paid social campaigns, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush), plus strong analytical and organisational skills.
    • Proven experience managing and optimising Google Ads and paid social campaigns, with a strong understanding of key performance metrics.
    • Solid knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, including site structure, content optimisation, and link-building strategies.
    • Experience using email marketing platforms to create campaigns, manage lists, segment audiences, and set up automations. Experience with Zoho Campaigns and Zoho CRM is highly advantageous.
    • Strong analytical skills, with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and advertising dashboards. Able to interpret data and provide actionable, data-driven recommendations.
    • Highly organised, capable of managing multiple campaigns, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in graphic design and basic website management, including tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite. Understanding website platforms and CMS is a plus.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

    Core responsibilities:

    • Plan, implement, and continuously optimise SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, keyword rankings, and overall website performance
    • Manage end-to-end paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and paid social, including planning, execution, optimisation, and reporting
    • Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits, and translate insights into actionable recommendations
    • Create, manage, and optimise email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated customer journeys
    • Monitor campaign performance across SEO, paid media, and email using analytics tools, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
    • Collaborate closely with content, design, and development teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand guidelines and business objectives
    • Manage budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and A/B testing to maximise performance and return on investment
    • Prepare regular performance reports and insights, clearly communicating results and recommendations to stakeholders
    • Create and adapt simple campaign creatives for paid social and email marketing campaigns.
