Core Responsibilities
Customer Interaction (On-Ground)
· Greet and assist customers professionally
· Handle inquiries, reservations, and complaints
· Ensure fast resolution of issues
· Escalate major concerns to supervisor/manager
· Maintain positive and welcoming brand presence
Online & Digital Support
· Respond to messages (Facebook, Instagram, website, etc.)
· Handle booking confirmations and inquiries
· Respond to reviews and feedback professionally
· Maintain response time standards
Complaint Handling
· Document complaints properly
· Provide solutions aligned with company policy
· Follow up with customers when necessary
· Turn negative experiences into positive resolutions
Sales Support
· Upsell promotions, events, or special offers
· Inform customers about ongoing promos
· Support reservation and booking conversion
Required Qualifications
· 1–3 years customer service experience (F&B or retail preferred)
· Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
· Professional, calm, and solution-oriented
· Able to handle pressure and difficult customers
· Basic knowledge of social media messaging platforms
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
