- Lead the end-to-end employee management of the Learning and Development function
- Create Learning & Development strategies and programs to support organizational needs
- Deploy different learning methods across the organization to support employee growth and development
- Monitor the success of executed development plans
- Collaborates with people managers in creating training and development plans for their team members
- Ensures the delivery of L&D services within budget
- May manage a group of L&D specialists
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Management, Psychology or related courses
- At least 7-10 years of relevant experience in end-to-end Learning & Development - from needs analysis, design, implementation, review/post mortem - from banking or insurance industries
- Strong business acumen
- Knowledge on career coaching, career framework design, competency framework development, e-learning and instructional design experience
- Ability to collaborate and work well with teammates, candidates, and stakeholders in both local and multicultural environments
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong mindset for continuous improvement and exceeding client expectations
