- Technical Course Graduate related to Manufacturing, or College Graduate
- Preferably with experience in ETP or WWTP
- Must be a responsible, supportive, and reliable individual
- Must be a good team member capable of working within the highly effective team
- Can adequately communicate issues relating to safety, quality, and operations
- Can provide operational observations and inputs to support decisionmaking
- Demonstrates working knowledge on how to identify, prioritize, and address problems using appropriate tools and techniques that eliminaterecurrence
