    We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team in the role of Sales Representative.

    Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential clients, educating them about our company's products and their associated benefits.

    Through outbound calls and effective communication, you will aim to generate interest and promote the adoption of our products.

    Requirements

    • Previous experience in a Sales role is preferred, DME experience preferred but not required.
    • Exceptional phone and verbal communication skills, complemented by active listening abilities.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and best practices.
    • Customer centric approach and adaptability to various personality types
    • Strong multitasking abilities, effective prioritization, and efficient time management.
    • Commitment to adherence to attendance policies and floor rules.
    • Both graduates and undergraduates are welcome to apply
    • Ability to thrive under pressure.
    • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
    • Strong customer orientation and the capability to adapt and respond to diverse personality types.
    • Proficient in English, with a minimum level of B2 and above.
    Responsibilities

    • Achieve personal and team based qualitative and quantitative targets
    • Deliver well prepared sales pitches, following prescribed scripts that describe our products and services, with the aim of persuading potential customers to make a purchase.
    • Engage in telephone based sales outreach to businesses and private individuals
    • Provide comprehensive product explanations and address customer inquiries.
    • Gather customer information such as names, addresses, and payment details, and accurately enter orders into computer systems.
    • Record prospect details, including names, addresses, purchases, and their reactions.
    • Customize sales scripts to effectively cater to the unique needs and interests of individual prospects.
    • Effectively manage a high volume of both inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
    • Source potential customer information from various channels, including lists from external organizations.
    • Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, accounts, and orders.
    • Utilize communication scripts when addressing different topics.
    • Identify customer needs, clarify information, conduct research on specific issues, and provide viable solutions and alternatives.
    • Foster long lasting relationships with customers by consistently going the extra mile.
    • Actively participate in coaching sessions and training programs to enhance knowledge and performance.
