- End-to-end payroll processing, including facilitating queries and salary concerns of employees.
- Creation of monthly and annual reports pertaining to compensation and benefits. (ie. BIR, SSS, remittances, payments, etc.)
- Maintaining and updating employee records in the payroll system such as employee salary, government numbers, leave credits, deductions and other information. Preparation of payroll invoices.
- Responsible for liaising with government-mandated offices in submission and completion of employee benefit and other requests.
- Performs other reasonable tasks and duties assigned by superior and/or any changes in the role due to organizational restructuring and realignment effected from time to time.
- Lead and support Finance officers, key projects, audit reviews, activities, and documentation.
- Keen to details, organized and can work under minimal supervision.
- Officer: At least 3 years of working experience in payroll.
- Lead: 5 yearsu0027 experience related to Payroll - Compensation and Benefits role.
- Well versed and expert in Philippine payroll and government mandated benefits
- Highly Preferred -solid payroll module experience in HR Pro system.
- Good Communication Skills - Verbal and Written
- Preferably with experience in the BPO industry (local/Philippine payroll)
