Provides technical support to field engineers technicians and product support who are diagnosing troubleshooting repairing and debugging complex electro mechanical equipment computer systems and or complex software responds to situations where firstline product support has failed to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software reports design reliability and maintenance problems or bugs to design engineering software engineering may be involved in customer installation training provides support to customers users where the product is highly technical sophisticated in nature escalation point for TSC Support Software Team for all technical issues that cannot be resolved by 1st or 2nd level resources work directly with Support Partner Specialists gather common problems solutions Knowledgebase articles assist duplicating technical issues escalated PE analyze escalated issues root cause work TSC Support Partner PE develop action plans resolve identify need selfhelp agent assistance online tools provide feedback Lexmark Service Information Management Team recommendations solutions monitor call causes escalations identify ways reduce successful applicant process owner aspects Software Technical Support includes owning process endtoend documenting updating auditing ensure functioning designed repeat service actions collective account performance regarding calls frequency conduct remote monitoring vendor locations provide recommendations Quality Assurance Teams areas improvement continually increase personal product knowledge trouble shooting techniques environments supported Lexmark products answer resolve CEO complaints nontraditional contacts sound business judgment empowered represent Lexmark interests grant concessions warranty service provide refunds upgrades satisfy issue work Ombudsman team close out all issues resolution lessons learned
