- Recruitment Process Administration: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, manage job postings, and coordinate interviews.
- Employee Onboarding: Create and issue employment contracts, facilitate clearance and quitclaim processes, and provide support to compensation and benefits administration.
- HR Support: Provide credible information to all HR-related inquiries, maintain accurate records, and administer disciplinary action memos as needed.
- Qualifications and Requirements: Must be a graduate of BS/BS Psychology or equivalent, knowledgeable with general labor standards, and possess a high level of integrity and credibility.
- Work Environment: The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision, and be available for direct hiring with the ability to start ASAP.
