    The HR Supervisor - Administration will be the one to drive the strategic goals of the business through overseeing and managing effectively and efficiently the statutory and common employee benefits, HRIS administration, vendor management, and implementation of health and safety programs in the company.

    The role will be helping in developing programs to improve the performance, engagement, and satisfaction of the employees. Review how to enhance current employee benefits and office administration programs. Adhere to legal compliance, the accuracy of the information, and strict implementation of controls in the office administrations.

    Job Description:

    • Accountable to review, recommend and administer cost-efficient, appropriate, and competitive benefits programs
    • Assist the HR Manager in designing a fair and equitable benefits package that is aligned with the company's business objectives.
    • Manage workflow and develop employee work schedules, and timely processing of benefits transactions to ensure compliance with established standards, requirements, and procedures.
    • Collaborate with the HR leaders to ensure alignment in executing benefits and office administration.
    • Review the existing employee benefits and recommend revisions and improvements as necessary.
    • Reviews proposals, contracts, and communication material to ensure consistency, clarity, and effective benefits and office administration
    • Design innovative methods to measure and analyze the level of employee satisfaction.
    • Assist the team in attending to escalations and unresolved issues
    • Tracks metrics on employee development and promotion, attrition, and satisfaction
    • Perform other related tasks as and when required

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor or College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent.
    • Preferably at a supervisory level of not less than 5 years and knowledgeable in compensation, benefits, and administration.
    • Must have wide experience in government transactions pertaining to statutory benefits and contributions.
    • Experience in compensation and benefits design programs for employees across ranks is an advantage.
    • Exposure to a fast-paced organization is a plus.
    • Must be organized and able to multitask and possesses excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Must be attentive to details and ability to meet the requirements before the deadline
    • Must have strong interpersonal skills
    • Must have excellent decision-making skills
