Join our People & Culture (P&C) team as an Analyst and play an important role in keeping our eComms surveillance program running smoothly while helping manage P&C‑related risks across our businesses.

What role will you play?

You'll be responsible for conducting daily reviews of eComms to ensure they align with Macquarie's workplace standards, as well as manage and analyse eComms alerts, keeping an eye on daily and weekly volumes while identifying behavioural patterns, tone, sentiment, and any potential risks within staff communications. You'll escalate relevant matters to the EEO Office through the eComms Manager and support the team by documenting, tracking, and maintaining records of ongoing cases and reports.

In addition, you'll assist the EEO Manager and eComms Manager with ad‑hoc investigations and tasks as they arise. Building strong working relationships across P&C, Compliance, Technology, and various business partners will be an important part of your day-to-day work.

  • Clear communication skills and confidence in managing relationships with various stakeholders
  • Ability to multitask, work independently and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy
  • Comfortable using technology‑based tools, with solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with experience in financial services, compliance, audit, HR investigations or similar environments an advantage.
