    We are looking for talented professionals to join us as Assistant Manager for Recruitment

    • Work Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
    • Work set-up: Onsite
    • Location: Cebu

    Responsibilities:

    • Supervises and provides overall guidance to the recruitment team
    • Builds recruitment processes that align with the organization's hiring needs and business goals
    • Building the company's professional network through partnerships with universities, training centers, government agencies, etc.
    • Partners with hiring managers to ensure alignment of hiring goals and expectations

    Requirements:

    - Graduate of any four-year course

    - At least 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment

    - Solid experience in recruitment in a leadership or specialist role

    - Hands-on experience with major job sites and portals, including sourcing techniques on social media and professional websites such as LinkedIn

    - With leadership abilities to oversee a team of recruiters

    - Strong interpersonal skills

    - Strong written and verbal communication skills

    - Strong decision-making, coordinating, and negotiations skills

    - A self-starter
