    JOB SUMMARY:

    Responsible for the analysis of different types of financial data or general data that will be used to understand and resolve different business cases. Their output will aid Management and Decision-Makers in making well-informed business strategies and decisions. This role combines both analytical financial skills with effective communication to related users that may not have any financial background. Beyond descriptive, and prescriptive analysis, FPs should also give possible predictive analysis on business performance adapting to changing trends.

    REPORTS TO: Chief Finance Officer

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • A graduate of B.S. Accountancy / Management Accounting / Statistics
    • A CPA / CFA / MBA license is a good advantage
    • Strong interpersonal skills required with the ability to manage relationships both with internal and external partners.
    • Excellent analytical skills, pattern detection and data manipulation with business acumen.

    Statement Of Duties And Responsibilities

    • Ensures the accuracy and timelines of monthly management reports (PRG Dashboard) and Analysis Report with it. (Every 10th of the month)
    • Communicate with related management heads on business cases and proposals to aid them in making better business decisions and strategies within their scope. Overseeing implementation, (PLAN-DO-CHECK-ACT) on new initiatives collaborated with these heads will be necessary if agreed especially those with financial impact.
    • Manage the financial plan (target or budget), actual performance, and analysis of the scope assigned. Communicate initiatives and strategies to be taken to ensure the company will continue to align on financial projections, cost structure and direction set by the Board of Directors.
    • Review of existing policies, transaction recording and processes affecting financial numbers and business requirements. May recommend for better business practices under Finance and Accounting departments and link to Operations or Supply Chain
