- Providing direction for non-foam manufacturing activities, including planning, program development, and productivity initiatives. Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets.
- Creating, revising, and implementing procedures, guidelines, and work instructions in accordance with ISO requirements.
- Allocating appropriate resources to each section based on the agreed plan.
- Ensuring effective training and management of production personnel by assigned supervisors.
- Maintaining product specifications within acceptable quality standards to minimize waste and reject materials.
- Ensuring that production and delivery performance meet requirements for customer satisfaction.
- Controlling further processing and delivery of non-conforming products until deficiencies are corrected.
- Collaborating with Human Resources Development (HRD) for personnel evaluation, interviews, advancement, and training.
- Reviewing monthly production reports.
- Monitoring, analyzing, and evaluating manpower requirements, facilities, and equipment for the Non-Foam Unit based on the set plan and budget.
- Directing staff activities, including preparing job descriptions and recommending staff classifications.
- Developing plans and programs as part of yearly improvement projects.
- Ensuring compliance with Company Rules and Regulations, Core Values, Safety, and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Observing/conducting 8S in the workplace in compliance with Health and Safety Standards set by the company.
- Performing other duties as assigned from time to time.
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, industrial management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in manufacturing or production management.
- Familiarity with the Plastics Industry and manufacturing processes.
- Strong leadership and management skills for team motivation.
- Analytical problem-solving skills related to production processes.
- Project management experience, including planning and execution.
- Effective communication with various departments, team members, and upper management.
- Understanding and experience in implementing quality control processes.
- Experience in budgeting and cost control to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of and adherence to industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Willingness to work in Valenzuela City.
- Working schedule: Monday to Friday with 2 alternative Saturdays (8 AM to 5 PM).
