- Collaborate with cross‑functional business and technical teams to analyze, design, and improve SAP SD & CS business processes
- Design and implement end‑to‑end SAP SD/CS solutions aligned with business requirements and organizational goals
- Provide expert guidance on SAP SD & CS configurations and customizations
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to SAP SD and CS modules
- Support integration of SAP SD/CS with other SAP modules and external systems
- Stay updated with the latest SAP SD & CS trends, enhancements, and best practices
- Participate in testing, documentation, and training activities related to SAP SD/CS
- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP SD & CS solutions tailored to business needs
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP SD & CS modules, ensuring minimal downtime
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify process improvements and implement enhancements
- Conduct system testing, issue resolution, and coordinate with technical teams for fixes
- Assist in end‑user training and create comprehensive functional documentation
- Ensure compliance with SAP standards and organizational policies throughout the project lifecycle
- 5–7 years of experience in SAP SD and CS modules
- Strong hands‑on experience in configuration, support, and enhancement projects
- Solid understanding of SAP SD/CS integration with other SAP modules
- Experience in business process analysis and functional documentation
- Strong problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA
- Exposure to end‑to‑end SAP implementation or rollout projects
- Prior experience in client‑facing or support roles
