Job summary

We're entering our next stage of growth with a focus on efficiency and accuracy. We need a Finance Administrator to support our finance operations by assisting with invoice processing, data entry and reconciliations. As part of our team you'll help keep our finances organized and running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with processing and recording financial transactions (e.g., invoices, receipts, expenses) in MYOB Acumatica or similar ERP/accounting system
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records ensuring correct GL/sub-account coding and proper documentation
