- Achieve monthly sales target.
- Serves as point of contact for clients with queries about our product.
- Prospects to develop new clients, which includes expanding existing relationships and products of assigned accounts.
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
- Implements sales strategies to support the department's goals.
- Check and Finalize Sales Quotations and do corrective action efficiently.
- Preparing and Monitoring of Weekly and Monthly sales and other necessary reports.
- Creates and sends Sales Quotation to clients in order to support and finalize the sales.
- Conduct Client visits for possible Sales Opportunities and address Client Concerns
- Secure list of requirements for clients' accreditation/requirements.
- Builds good and solid customer relationships
- Ensures all assigned sales administrative records and archives are monitored to maintain data integrity.
- Bachelor's Degree Graduate.
- Preferably related courses B.S Civil Engineering / Architecture / Chemical Engineer / Business & Marketing.
- Licensed an advantage but not a must.
- With at least three years of relevant working experience in the chemical construction industry.
- With proven experience in sales
- Exposure to construction, commercial, and government projects.
- Day shift.
- Monday to Friday.
