    The Paralegal provides essential legal support by drafting and managing legal documents, organizing case files, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements across departments. This role works closely with the In-House Legal Counsel to maintain efficient legal operations within the organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in preparing legal documents such as contracts, communications, demand letters, and legal opinions.
    • Review and edit contracts, identify potential risks, and recommend mitigations.
    • Monitor contract terms, renewals, and compliance in coordination with process owners.
    • Conduct legal research and summarize case materials and legal issues.
    • Liaise with courts, administrative agencies, and government offices.
    • Maintain organized legal filing systems and document control.
    • Recommend process improvements and ensure adherence to company standards and code of conduct.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Law, Political Science, or related field.
    • At least 2 years of experience in paralegal or related legal work, preferably with experience in contract review and compliance.
    • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
