    Job Title: Accounts Receivable Accountant

    We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing finance team at SuperLife World Philippines Inc.

    As an Accounts Receivable Accountant, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring all accounts receivable activities, ensuring timely and accurate collections.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Process, verify, and post customer payments.
    • Prepare and send invoices to customers.
    • Monitor customer accounts for non-payment and overdue balances.
    • Follow up with customers to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
    • Maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions.

    Cash Applications:

    • Apply cash receipts to customer accounts.
    • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
    • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash reports.
    • Initiate collection efforts for overdue accounts.
    • Contact customers to remind them of payment due dates and negotiate payment plans.
    • Escalate collection issues to management as needed.

    Reporting:

    • Prepare and analyze monthly accounts receivable reports.
    • Provide insights into key metrics, such as days sales outstanding (DSO) and bad debt expense.

    Estimated Salary: 25,000 - 40,000 PHP per month depending on experience. Minimum requirements include 2-5 years of accounting experience.
