The Section Head is responsible for managing the team handling the management, administration, and maintenance of BDO's end-user computing environment. He/She will ensure that services are consistent and compliant with related bank standards and policies at work.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of End-User Computing Endpoint Management Professionals to ensure effective and efficient operations.
• Develop and implement strategies for in-scope and supported endpoints, patch management, and software distribution.
• Evaluate, select, and implement endpoint management tools and technologies to enhance system performance.
• Implementation of changes to improve operational efficiency for processes that impact the team or the organization.
• Completion of project deliverables within the agreed target dates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering or any related courses.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant IT experience in technical leadership and service delivery management role.
• Experience in managing diverse teams and running services related to any End-User Computing technologies such as Endpoint, Active Directory and Group Policy settings, PowerShell Scripting, Operating System (OS) Support, Application Packaging & Deployment, End User Patching, Workplace Virtualization (VDI) and Mobile Device Management.
• Must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Makati/Ortigas.
