    A Recruitment Support Officer is expected to:


    The Recruitment Administrator is responsible for providing vital administrative support to both Recruitment Consultants and Account Managers in order to assist them in the delivery of effective recruitment solutions and maintenance of valuable business relationships with clients and candidates.

    Recruitment and Candidate Support
    Provide administrative support to Consultants in the candidate application process. This includes and is not limited to:
    • Placement and management of Job Advertisements and applicants on Job Adder/Job Boards/Social Media in accordance with Trojan Recruitment Group operating procedures
    • Sourcing and pooling candidates via job boards and various social media streams including LinkedIn etc.
    • Interviewing, screening, assessing, referencing checking and conducting inductions of candidates in accordance with the Recruitment Group operating and WHS procedures
    • Filling temporary and permanent based job orders in compliance with the Recruitment Group operating procedures
    • Participate in Afterhours roster and all related duties
    • Ensure all client recruitment expectations and services managed and met
    • Data entry into internal database called Cobweb with all relevant Candidate, Client and job details including actions taken with relevant comments.
    Account Management and Client Support Provide administrative support to Account Managers in relation to client services. This includes and is not limited to:
    • Collating and preparing information for Clients such as preparation of marketing material and distribution.
    Payroll Support Provide support as required. This may include:
    • Collecting and reviewing timesheets.
    • Processing timesheets using timesheet recording systems, internal and external.
    • Rostering of staff using rostering systems
    • Use of Payroll systems, internal and external.
    • Communicating with candidates and clients.
    Work Health and Safety (WHS)
    • Full understanding, promotion and adherence to the Recruitment Group WHS policies and procedure
    • Ensure candidate and clients are made aware of our commitment to WHS and that the safety of our people is our priority
    • Work Health and Safety related responsibilities including Candidate's screening, inductions etc.
    • Reporting
    • All activity to be recorded in Cobweb
    • Complete weekly and monthly Reports as required
    • Provide relevant market and competitor information to State Manager and local team
    • Report sales and new business opportunities and relevant client and candidate information in branch meetings.

    • Ensure all activities comply with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements, legal demands and professional and ethical standards
    • Uphold strict confidentiality, in accordance with Company Policies and Privacy Legislation, when dealing with sensitive information and stakeholder's personal, financial and business details
    • Behave in an appropriate and professional manner towards candidates, employees, managers and clients. This extends to the appropriate use of IT which includes social media.

    External Agencies
    • Ensure all enquiries from external agencies are managed efficiently and in accordance with Company policy.
    What it takes to be part of our team:
    • 2 years experience in all aspects of recruitment; from the creation of advertising to be used on a variety of job boards including social media, to phone screening, organizing interviews, placement, and onboarding.
    • Experience in bulk recruitment in a fast-paced environment is an advantage.
    • Experience in recruitment for blue-collar roles in manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics is highly regarded.
    • A high command of the English language, oral and written
