- Manage payroll adjustments, including deductions, bonuses, and overtime, while ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records, covering employee earnings, tax withholdings, and benefits.
- Ensure full compliance with payroll regulations, tax requirements, and labor laws.
- Address payroll-related inquiries from employees, providing resolutions or escalating issues when necessary.
- Oversee the timely and accurate release of final pay for resigned employees.
- Utilize MiPay payroll software to process transactions, generate reports, and maintain operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline and ensure timely payroll processing.
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies promptly to maintain employee trust and operational accuracy.
