Responsibilities

  • Recruit train mentor and manage team per evolving customer support demands ensuring 24-hour cover is provided on weekends.

  • Manage team as they serve as point contact for enterprise clients guiding them through challenges via email phone or screen share.

  • Use technical expertise coaching skills guide teams efforts investigate qualify troubleshoot product issues no two tickets same.

  • Coordinate Customer Support incoming case stream case management processes conjunction regional support managers timely effective resolution;
