Role Overview

• Behind every successful mortgage approval is someone making sure every document, detail, and deadline is exactly where it needs to be.
  
• As an AU Mortgage Loan Processor, you'll be the behind-the-scenes powerhouse that keeps loan applications organized, accurate, and moving forward.
  
• Working closely with brokers and credit assessors, you'll help transform complex documentation into clean, submission-ready files that get deals across the line.
  
• If you enjoy structured workflows, spotting the details others miss, and playing a key role in helping clients secure finance — this role will keep you engaged and valued every day.
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Reprice loans when required.
  
• Order property valuations.
  
• Rename and organize loan documents correctly.
  
• Review loan documents before submission to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  
• Follow lender checklists to confirm required documentation.
  
• Advise brokers on missing client documentation.
  
• Enter client information into Quickli to support credit assessors.
  
• Complete lender documentation and Apply Online submissions.
  
• Send credit guides and compliance documentation.
  

Requirements

Required Qualifications (Must-Have):

• Experience supporting the loan or mortgage application process.
  
• Strong document management and organization skills.
  
• High attention to detail when reviewing documentation.
  
• Ability to communicate clearly with brokers or lenders.
  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have):

• Familiarity with Quickli.
  
• Experience with Finsure or Infynity.
  
• Previous experience in Australian mortgage processing.
