The Retail Operations QA Monitoring analyst role is responsible for the proactive monitoring and review of live and recorded CCTV footage across United Petroleums Australian retail fuel and convenience network.

Responsibilities

  • Review live and recorded CCTV footage across fuel forecourts, convenience stores, and back-of-house areas in line with approved monitoring protocols.
  • Confirm staff presence, resourcing levels, and forecourt coverage in accordance with trading requirements.
