- Project Management - tracking and monitoring of projects
- Creation of communication plans - infomails and infographics for announcements and promotional activities
- Update of training materials and documents for Lean Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement trainings
- Monitor activities of the ISO coordinators
- Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university studying Industrial Engineering, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Organizational Communication, or Project Management
- Knowledge in MS Office software required; Experience in design software for creating and sending out communication materials is an advantage
- Knowledge in live streaming tools (i.e., OBS Studio) is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills, with experience in Project Management, Presentation, and Research
- Able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or university
- Must be able to render a minimum of 480 hours for the internship
- Amenable to work on a hybrid set up (combination of work from home and onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati)
