Job summary
The Product Knowledge & Pharmacovigilance Officer is responsible for enhancing the overall product understanding of employees and clients by delivering progressive and comprehensive training on product features, benefits, and proper usage.The role also ensures the safety and efficacy of distributed pharmaceutical products through effective monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of adverse drug reactions (ADRs) and other drug-related concerns in full compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Key responsibilities include developing and continuously updating training modules on product features ,benefits ,and proper usage as well as conducting regular product knowledge training sessions for employees and clients
,monitoring industry updates clinical findings ,and regulatory announcements relevant to IEM MEI products
