    Senior Talent Acquisition Manager

    About the Role

    We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and oversee our recruitment process. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and hiring top talent, ensuring alignment with our staffing needs.

    • Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for our clients and other roles.
    • Develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans to meet aggressive hiring goals.
    • Define job requirements and collaborate with hiring managers to align talent needs.
    • Lead and mentor a recruitment team, ensuring effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing practices.
    • Oversee the candidate sourcing strategy to attract top talent and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
    • Manage the offer process, negotiate terms, and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Proven experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5-7 years in recruitment, including leadership or managerial roles.
    • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques, particularly in high-volume hiring.
    • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
    • Excellent interviewing and assessment skills, with the ability to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
    • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
    • Knowledge of labor laws and best practices in recruitment and hiring.
    • Experience with employer branding and building a strong company presence in the talent market.
    • Familiarity with advanced sourcing tools and techniques, including social media platforms and data-driven recruitment strategies.
    • Knowledge of HR analytics and using data to improve recruitment effectiveness and decision-making.

    Work Details

    • Work location: Quezon City, PH.
    • Work Schedule: Mid-shift to Night Shift (To confirm).
    • Non-negotiable requirements: Strong BPO experience, and must have experience with both Volume and Support Hiring.
