- Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to understand and document process requirements and specifications
- Analyze, evaluate, and recommend automation opportunities and propose solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain bots to automate repetitive tasks, ensuring accuracy and reliability in execution.
- Conduct testing and validation of automated processes to ensure they meet business requirements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate RPA solutions with existing systems and applications.
- Integrate RPA workflows with existing software applications, databases, APIs, and web services using Full Stack Development technologies.
- Provide training and support to end-users and other team members on RPA implementation and best practices.
- Ongoing support, maintenance and administration of automated business processes.
- Stay updated on the latest RPA trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve automation capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an RPA Developer with expertise in UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or similar RPA platforms.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, Python, or JavaScript for Full Stack Development.
- Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.) and modern web frameworks/libraries (React, Angular, , etc.).
Proficiency in back-end development using frameworks such as .NET, , Django, or Spring Boot. - Familiarity with relevant database management systems and data integration techniques.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) principles and agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
