The Junior Researcher delivers high-quality research projects end-to-end, supports stakeholders through clear communication and reliable execution, and strengthens research operations through strong planning, documentation, and administrative accuracy. This role requires ownership, structured problem-solving, and consistent collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute research projects reliably, with strong follow-through and minimal rework.
• Define objectives and methods with guidance; independently create guides, surveys, and project materials.
• Conduct interviews and surveys competently with minor guidance.
• Analyze findings with little guidance, applying learnings from past projects.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders; provide updates, manage expectations, and escalate conflicts when needed.
• Manage participant engagement and recruitment; resolve routine issues independently.
• Maintain repository standards, including documentation, privacy, and data storage.
• Complete expense and non-expense admin tasks accurately, ensuring compliance and review readiness.
• Use dashboards and simple analyses to support decisions and track performance.
• Contribute to incremental process improvements and collaborate reliably with peers.
• Prioritize work based on strategy and show awareness of budget impact.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree preferably related to Research
• At least 1 year experience in qualitative and quantitative research (interviews, surveys, synthesis).
• Strong organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable with trackers, dashboards, and basic analysis tools.
• Knowledge of research ethics, documentation, and privacy practices.
