    Your Role

    • Analyze the performance of Henkel websites and provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders
    • Set up, maintain, and manage tracking of Henkel Consumer Brand websites in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA) and/or Adobe Analytics
    • Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot the site's Organic presence using SEO tools (e.g. Google Search Console, SEM rush, SimilarWeb)
    • Set up tags (pixels, events, etc.,) in Google Tag Manager (GTM)
    • Take charge of all user management in Google Analytics (GA), Google Search Console (GSC), and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
    • Perform regular reporting on a scheduled or ad-hoc basis
    • Actively support business enhancement on different related topics such as Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

    YOUR SKILLS

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related courses
    • Minimum of three (3) years working experience in digital data analysis and reporting using Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics, preferably from Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or Technology industries
    • Proficiency in Web Analytics Tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Sprinklr, and Google Search Console)
    • Intermediate to advanced knowledge in MS Tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and analytics tools (Power BI, Power Pivot, Power Query)
    • Good communication skills and ability to interact with contacts at all levels within the organization
    • Able to manage global stakeholders with skills in reporting and presentation; highly creative, organized and has attention to details
    • Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (3:00 PM - 12:00 MN)
