This is a full-time, on-site role based in Quezon City for a Business Development Officer.
The responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, conducting market research, building relationships with clients, and preparing financial proposals to support business growth.
The role requires close collaboration with various teams to strategize and deliver actionable plans that align with company goals and values.
You will also actively engage with clients to ensure excellent customer service throughout all interactions.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related course.
At least two (2) years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the construction industry.
Knowledgeable in construction bidding for both government and private projects.
Familiar with government procurement and bidding procedures (RA 9184).
Experienced in preparing bidding documents, including technical and financial proposals.
Experienced in conducting site inspections, verifying work quality and enforcing quality compliance.
Strong communication and negotiation skills .
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines.
Proficient in MS Office and online bidding platforms.
Demonstrates professionalism, adaptability, teamwork, and the ability to work collaboratively across department
