- Collaborate & Design: Work side-by-side with Software Engineers to identify critical security touchpoints and implement robust, secure development standards.
- Automate Everything: Integrate security controls, data protection, and vulnerability management directly into our CI/CD pipelines.
- Monitor & Respond: Maintain continuous oversight of our applications and infrastructure. When vulnerabilities arise, you'll lead the charge in remediation and participate in incident response/forensics.
- Assess & Audit: Conduct regular security assessments and compliance checks to ensure we stay ahead of potential threats.
- Champion Security Culture: Provide hands-on training to dev and ops teams on secure coding practices and threat mitigation.
- Documentation: Clear the path for others by documenting security procedures and policies that align with our business goals.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in a security or DevOps-focused role.
- The DevSecOps Toolkit: Deep proficiency with tools like Ansible, Jenkins, Artifactory, Jira, Black Duck, and Git.
- Automation Mastery: Solid experience with Terraform, GitHub, and GitHub Actions.
- Security Stack: Hands-on experience with Prisma Cloud, SIEM, SOC, Nessus, and CrowdStrike.
- Containerization: Proficiency with Kubernetes and Docker.
- Languages: Familiarity with SQL or scripting in Bash, Perl, PowerShell, Ruby, or Python.
- Cloud: Experience navigating major Cloud Services.
- Version Control: Knowledge of SVN.
- A sharp, analytical mind for complex problem-solving.
